All products in The Cozy Forager shop are made-to-order and printed on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printify.
Returns & Exchanges Because each item is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size or color ordered
- Change of mind
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we've got you covered! Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at thecozyforager@yahoo.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We'll arrange a free reprint or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Refund Processing Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Lost or Missing Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner right away.
